World-renowned guitar virtuoso Kaki King will release a new EP, "Mexican Teenagers," on Monday 30th March on CD and as a digital download. Recorded in New York City, the five-song collection will be released exclusively in Australia and Europe in conjunction with King’s whirlwind tour of both continents, beginning February 19th in Belgrave, Australia and ending April 2nd in London, England.

The "Mexican Teenagers” EP - which also features frequent collaborators Matt Hankle on drums and Dan Brantigan on the electronic EVI synth - finds the prodigy expanding her freewheeling style to a bigger, heavier sound with the use of an electric baritone guitar, along with the aggressive drumming of her longtime kitman. The result is King's loudest, most percussive release to-date.
